Start the Journey

Hanna UMC Welcome.jpg

Hanna United Methodist Church is a home of belonging, growing in outreach and diversity to build community in Christ. We are passionate about our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We have this passion because we live in the certainty of God's love for all people as revealed in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him won’t perish but will have eternal life. God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through him. (John 3:16-17 CEB)

Here are the steps we are taking on our journey. We invite you to take this journey with us.

  1. Attend - be a part of a community of faith to experience the love, encouragement, and support of others.
  2. Pray - time in prayer helps us to build a relationship with God.
  3. Study - learn all you can about God's story of redemption throughout history and especially in the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
  4. Serve - helping others is the best way to discover our value and worth in the world and to discover the joy that God wants for us all.
